And Jesus answered: “I give you a new commandment. Love one another as I have loved you.” (John 13:34)

St. Theresa of Avila writes: “Christ has no body now but yours, no hands, no feet on earth but yours. Yours are the eyes through which He looks with compassion on this earth. Yours are the feet with which He walks to do the good. You are Christ’s body. Christ has no body on earth but yours.”

Join us. Expand our Ministry to the community. Be the body, hands, feet and eyes of Christ to complete His new commandment - to feed the hungry, to quench thirst, to welcome the stranger, to cloth the naked, to comfort the sick, to visit the imprisoned. (See Mat.25:31-46)

We started Community Suppers and Community Gardens to bring Church to Community and Community to Church. Will you lead our Church to other Catholic social responsibilities to better our community? If you care to share your time, talent and/or treasure in any one or all of these activities, join us.  We meet every first Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m. in the Religious Education Center, or call Harry Guildner at (208)861-7799, or the Parish at (503) 252-3403 More on Social Justice
